Grammy Award-winning artist Tyla announced her headlining “APOP” World Tour, with 34 dates scheduled across Europe and North America in the spring of 2025. The tour is in support of her upcoming album of the same name, which is set for release on March 22, 2025.
The tour is scheduled to begin on March 21, 2025, in Oslo, Norway. The European leg will include 14 performances in cities such as Stockholm, Berlin, Paris, and London. Following the European dates, the North American leg will commence on April 22, 2025, in San Francisco, California. The 20-city North American segment includes stops in Dallas, Miami, Toronto, and New York before concluding on May 28, 2025, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The announcement was made through the artist’s official social media channels and representatives. According to the released schedule, ticket sales for the public will begin on Dec. 8, with various presale opportunities available starting Dec. 5.
This tour follows a period of significant career developments for the Johannesburg-born singer, whose full name is Tyla Laura Seethal. In February 2024, she won the first-ever Grammy Award for Best African Music Performance for her single “Water.” The song achieved widespread recognition on international music charts and social media platforms.
Initial reports from South African news outlets, including IOL and New Zimbabwe, referenced planned concert dates in Cape Town and Johannesburg. However, the official 34-date schedule released this week exclusively lists venues in Europe and North America. As of this report, no formal announcements have been made by the artist or her label, Epic Records, regarding tour dates in South Africa, Australia, or Asia.
The “APOP” album will be Tyla’s first full-length studio project. Additional details about the album, including its tracklist and featured artists, have not yet been released.
